š° Payment Terms
Our standard payment policy is designed to ensure reliability and financial transparency in all transactions.
New Customers:
All new customers are required to make Advance Payment at the time of order confirmation.
Regular Customers:
After a successful business relationship of at least one year, and upon consistent performance and mutual trust, we may extend more flexible terms such as Cash Against Documents (CAD) or any other arrangement mutually agreed upon.
Currency & Pricing:
All quoted prices are provided on an FOB (Free On Board) basis, unless otherwise stated or negotiated in writing. Prices are subject to variation depending on material cost, order volume, and international market conditions.

š¦ Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
To maintain efficiency and ensure the highest manufacturing standards, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements apply to all orders.
Standard Instruments: Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per item.
Special or Custom Instruments: MOQ is decided case by case, depending on complexity, tooling, and design requirements.
Below-MOQ Orders: The company does not entertain orders that fall below the required minimum production quantities due to setup and processing constraints.

š Delivery Time

For items not in stock, the average production period is 60 to 90 days, depending on:

Stock & Repeat Orders:
Once a customer establishes regular purchase cycles, we maintain customer-specific inventory in our warehouse to ensure shorter lead times and faster repeat deliveries.
