Our Research & Development Division follows a structured and proven four-step product development process to design and validate every new surgical instrument:

1. Preparation of 2D & 3D Technical Drawings

Concept designs and CAD models are created using advanced engineering software to define geometries, dimensions, and materials.

2. Implementation of Technical Drawings

Engineering teams translate drawings into precise production instructions, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and ergonomic requirements.

3. Selection of Production Processes & Tools

The most suitable manufacturing methods and tool combinations are chosen, including CNC machining, forging, laser cutting, and precision grinding.

4. Prototype Development for Client Evaluation

Functional prototypes are produced, tested, and refined based on client or surgeon feedback to guarantee optimal usability and safety.
