1. Forging & Initial Shaping
Hot forming and cold forging of blanks to create instrument profiles, while preserving material integrity and strength.


2. Precision Machining & Milling
CNC machining centers, Swiss-type lathes, and multi-axis machines for detailed cuts, threads, and structural features.


3. CNC Engraving & Laser Marking
High-resolution engraving of product codes, company logos, and measurement marks, with traceability and anti-counterfeit features.


4. Grinding, Polishing & Finishing
Surface refinement stations to produce mirror, satin, or micro-textured finishes, depending on product requirements.


5. Heat Treatment & Hardened Processes
Controlled tempering, quenching, and annealing to achieve desired hardness (e.g. optimal HRC for 304 / 410 / 420 stainless steel).


6. Passivation & Surface Treatment
Chemical or electrochemical passivation to enhance corrosion resistance, reduce free iron, and ensure biocompatibility.


7. Sterilization & Quality Inspection
Internal inspection labs for dimensional checks, metallurgical tests, and surface analysis. Instruments are inspected under clean environments before packaging.


8. Assembly & Set Packaging
Final set configuration, tray layout, labeling, and secure sterilizable packaging. Custom packaging (OEM) also handled in-house.
